Privacy notice
This notice explains what Matt Dagworthy|Fractional CRO collects when you use the AIMS Need Assessment, why, where it is held, and the choices you have. It covers this assessment.
Who is responsible
Matt Dagworthy|Fractional CRO is the data controller for the information you provide through this assessment. For any question about your data, or to exercise any of the rights below, contact matt@mattdagworthy.co.uk.
What we collect
Your answers to the assessment questions, recorded only when you press submit at the end. If you leave before then, nothing is kept.
Your email address, only if you give it to receive the PDF report.
Your name, company, and phone number, only if you ask Matt to call you back.
What we do not collect
We do not capture your IP address, a browser fingerprint, or anything else that would identify you before you choose to identify yourself. We do not use advertising trackers.
Nothing you enter is sent to an AI model. The assessment is scored by fixed, documented rules.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your answers to generate and show your result, and to produce your PDF if you request one. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit and when you tick the relevant box.
If you ask for a call or the PDF, we use your contact details only to do that. We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not share or sell your details.
Where it is held
Your data is stored in the EU. We choose our hosting, database, and email providers on the basis of UK and EU data residency. Data is not processed outside the UK or EU without a recorded decision and a safeguard in place.
How long we keep it
We keep your assessment answers and result so that Matt can refer to them if you choose to talk. If you gave an email address only for the PDF and did not consent to follow-up, we use it to send the PDF and do not keep it for marketing. If you gave a phone number for a call that does not happen, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email matt@mattdagworthy.co.uk and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
