These terms cover your use of the AIMS Need Assessment provided by Matt Dagworthy|Fractional CRO. By using the assessment you accept them.

What the assessment is

The assessment is a free, informational screening tool. It gives you a directional view of your exposure to AI governance obligations and how far you are from a basic AI management system.

What it is not

It is not a formal ISO/IEC 42001 conformity assessment, an audit, or a certification, and it does not give you a statement of conformity against the standard. It is not legal, regulatory, or professional advice. The decisions you take remain your own.

Accuracy and reliance

The result reflects the answers you give. It is provided in good faith and without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Matt Dagworthy|Fractional CRO is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the result.

Acceptable use

Please use the assessment for its intended purpose and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it. The content and design are the property of Matt Dagworthy|Fractional CRO.
